Angels of Avalon – Book One of The Glastonbury Twins Series – coming soon…

Althea and Jack Vellacott are on a quest. A curse from the age of magic in Cornwall threatens their family. Althea’s special gift of intuition and Jack’s forensic logic combine to battle the curse. Unfortunately the secret they need seems to be lost in fourteenth century Glastonbury Abbey. As well as that, formidable and terrifying forces are ranged against them. A mysterious, silver-bearded time traveller could be just the help they need. Will faith and belief be enough for the Glastonbury Twins and the angels of Avalon? What is it that links mystical Glastonbury with legendary Tintagel in Cornwall? Could the angels’ power triumph over the darkness of old?

What Could it Be?

Althea and Jack need to visit St. Nectan’s Glen and Rocky Valley in Cornwall as part of their quest. But what do they encounter there? It’s not very friendly at all. It’s…a spriggan! A kind of wizened, tree-like goblin type.

Meanwhile, if you’d like to get a copy of #The MermaidofDoomBar direct from me, let me know. I’m taking payment via Paypal. If you’re on Twitter you can DM @KeithMaxwell21

Merlin’s Cave

Why did Althea and Jack need to visit Merlin’s cave beneath Tintagel Castle. Just how safe would it be for them in the dark cavern? They’d already visited St. Nectan’s Glen and Rocky Valley. Now they needed to come into the cave as the moon shone down from the midnight sky. It’s all part of their quest…

#AngelsofAvalon the first #GlastonburyTwins story. A #WIP…

Title update!

The first book in the #GlastonburyTwins series now has a working title of #AngelsofAvalon . Also, Chloe has been renamed Althea. This is because Althea means healer, which is what she is. Her gran always refers to her as an angel. The whole theme of the #GlastonburyTwins is about healing, harmony and community.

St Nectan’s Glen

Chloe and Jack need to visit this magical place in North Cornwall as part of their quest. They thought everything was going swimmingly. But who was the mysterious character with the long beard. He seemed familiar, but from another time and place. How was that possible? This is just a part of the first book in the Glastonbury Twins trilogy. It hasn’t really got a title yet. It has been known as #MortainsCurse. All will be revealed in time…

The Portal
